Started the international expansion, and the move from community mode to institution mode

I started the international expansion on 1 April 2026, and moved from community mode to institution mode with it.

My focus switched from Kerala to international. What stays in Kerala is deliberate and narrow: the Global Capability Centres, and real estate.

The non-profit work went to Talrop Foundation, which carries the Silicon Valley Mission from here.

My business portfolio is moving international.
