As part of Talrop's 10,000 Jobs Mission, a placement orientation programme was conducted on March 29, 2023, for first-year students of Mount Carmel College, Karukadom, Ernakulam. Afifa Salim Baker, Director and CHRO at Talrop and Co-founder and COO at Steyp, introduced students to the mission and its aim of helping graduates find placement while highlighting the value of technology for their future.
