Incorporated Talrop Foundation
On a mission to make Kerala a Silicon Valley.
Talrop Foundation was incorporated on 3 August 2022, with one mission: to make Kerala a Silicon Valley. Not somewhere that resembles one, somewhere that is one. A place where the next Mark Zuckerberg and the next Jeff Bezos grow up in a village here, and the next Facebook and the next Amazon are founded in Kerala rather than reached by leaving it.
Silicon Valley was orchards before it was Silicon Valley. What turned it was groundwork, and groundwork follows an order: infrastructure, then talent, then innovation. Kerala has never lacked the raw talent. The Foundation lays the rest.
That work had to be a non-profit. The part of an ecosystem that has to exist before anyone can build on it is the part nobody pays for, and treating it as a business is how it ends up half done.
