Introduced the Talrop project to parents at KVUPS Pangode
Technology and entrepreneurship alongside academics. Plenty of concerns first, then acceptance.
On 5 August 2017, I sat with the parents at KVUPS Pangode and put the Talrop project in front of them. Their children would learn technology and entrepreneurship inside their own school, alongside their academics.
It was a revolutionary thing to ask of a village school, and the room was full of concerns. We stayed with every one of them, question by question, until the worry turned into interest. By the end of the meeting the parents had accepted it.
Four months later, the first Techies Park opened inside that school.
