The 21st Village Park opened at Kadakkavoor

The Village Park at Kadakkavoor opened on 29 December 2024, inaugurated by Honourable Smt. Shailaja Beegum, Vice President Trivandrum District Panchayat.

A Village Park is a Global Capability Centre built in a village or a small town: an AI hub of twenty to twenty-five seats doing the work a floor of five hundred once did. Talrop builds and runs each one under a two-year Build, Operate and Transfer contract and then hands it over, and Estarel builds and provides the premises.

The reason to put them in villages is that the graduates are already there. The centre hires locally, trains for the work it has won, and teaches students alongside it, so nobody has to move to a city to do any of it.
